Displacement art is a basic element of dance choreography.   As such, it can be integrated with the movements of the appendages of the object being displaced.   There is a lifetime to explore with these integrations and relationships.

The patterns could be the basis and the choreographer could add the arm, torso and head movements.   OR, the choreographer could create a sequence of movements and algorithms could play with the directions and distance traveled to make patterns.

Once techniques and processes are established, patterns could be created in anticipation of the dance to be added………..and vice versa.

Appendages do not have to be 2 arms, a head and 2 legs with robots.   Imagine the dance that could be create with other configurations.
